Congratulations to Arsenio “Arsie” Ella (Apollo Twelve ’70) for being honored as one of the recipients of the 2013 distinguished alumni awards by the University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) at the UP General Alumni-Faculty Homecoming and Reunion on June 22, 2013 at the UP Bahay ng Alumni, Diliman, Quezon City. Arsie was recognized by his efforts in the area of environmental conservation and sustainable development.
Arsie is a scientist at the Forest Products Research and Development Institute in Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines.
