Our congratulations to Perseveranda “Perse” Guevarra-Tubig (Circle of Three ’82) who is one of the 2016 Outstanding Administrative Personnel awarded during the 107th University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) Foundation Day Celebration. The awarding ceremony was held on March 4, 2016 at the Makiling Ballroom of the Student Union Building.

Perse is currently an office personnel at the Institute of Agroforestry, College of Forestry and Natural Resources at UPLB.
