Our congratulations to vrod Rusty Abanto (BUTA ’91) for being elected as the 5th president of Camarines Norte State College (CNSC). CNSC is one of the publicly-funded colleges and universities in the Philippines. It was formally created in 1992 to provide quality higher education and excellent institutions in various fields of studeis not only in the province of Camarines Norte but in the Bicol region as well.

Rusty obtained his bachelor and graduate degrees from the University of the Philippines Los Banos.
