Varrons Organizational and Leadership Training Seminar (VOLTS)
General Objective: To promote effective and exemplary leadership and organizational skills among the members of the UP Varrons
Specific objectives:
- To motivate members to be responsible and effective leaders;
- To instill positive values and attitudes and build strong commitment towards the organization;
- To acquire organizational skills for the efficient functioning of the organization; and
- To identify issues/concerns affecting individual performance and help each member to overcome them
Date: April 12, 13, 14, 2013
Venue: Tahanan ng Ama, Putho, Tuntungin, Los Baños, Laguna
Target Participants: Current resident members (40)
General Timeline of Activities:
- Fund Raising Drive to financially support the seminar: January to 2nd week of April 2013
- Workshop/Writeshop for Modules: 1st, 2nd, 3rd weeks of March 2013
- Facilitators Training: 4th week of March
- Meeting with the resident members: every 2nd week, January, February, March 2013
