Announcement:

The Varrons Foundation Inc. (VFI) is happy to announce the implementation of the UPVL Undergraduate Supplemental Support Grant intended to provide motivation for academic Excellence among members. Application is now being accepted.

The grant will provide Php 1,000 monthly stipend to the recipient. The grant is currently funded from school year 2012-13 until 2015-16. Extension of funding and increase in monthly stipend are highly possible.

The following are the Grant criteria:

1. The grantee may be at any year level in UP Los Baños.
2. The grantee must be an active member of the UP Varrons organization.
3. The grantee must have grade point average (GPA) not lower than 2.0 for the previous semester with a minimum academic load of 15 credit units.
4. The grantee must enroll in at least 15 units during the semester covered by the award.
5. The grantee must not have a failing grade in any subject.
6. The Grant may be awarded to a different member each semester.

The Supplemental Support Grant will be administered by the VFI Scholarship Committee, which is currently composed of the following:
